To apply for the Global Talent visa, applicants must meet specific criteria to showcase exceptional talent and achievements. A nominator with a national reputation in the same field must attest to the applicant’s capabilities. This nominator can be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, eligible New Zealand citizen, or an Australian organization. The applicant’s record must demonstrate exceptional achievements in professions, sports, the arts, or academia, recognized both globally and in Australia. Continuous prominence in their area, ongoing contributions to the Australian community, and the ability to establish themselves in the country are pivotal.
